Get Match Ready – Installer Promotion Terms & Conditions 

Promoter 

The promotion is run by Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited (“the Promoter”). 

Eligibility 

The promotion is open to UK-based window and door installers who purchase REHAU products through participating Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited customers during the promotion period. 

Promotion Period 
The promotion runs from 1 March 2026 to 31st May. 

Only qualifying purchases made within this period will count. 

Qualifying Purchases 

Each qualifying REHAU product purchase earns entries into the promotion as outlined in campaign materials. 

Entries are based on orders placed, with any cancelled or credited orders removed from the final entry count. 

Bonus entry periods (e.g. Easter, Bank Holidays, product launches) apply only during the specified dates. 

Existing Installer Eligibility 

Existing installers are defined as those who have purchased REHAU products via a Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited customer prior to 1 March 2026.

Rewards & Prizes 

Prizes are as described in campaign materials and are subject to availability. 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. 

Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. 

Grand Prize Draw 

The main prize draw will take place on Monday 1st June 2026 following the final purchase cut-off. 

All eligible entries will be included in the draw. A minimum of 10 REHAU frames is required to entry the final prize draw. 

The winner will be notified directly via their supplying trade counter or sales representative. 

No cash alternative will be offered.  Any customer with outstanding debts will be disqualified from the grand prize. 

Vouchers 

Money-off vouchers are redeemable only against future REHAU purchases through participating Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited customers. 

Vouchers are valid from June to September 2026 unless otherwise stated. 

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other discounts unless specified. 

Fair Use & Conduct 

Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited reserves the right to withhold or withdraw rewards if there is evidence of misuse, manipulation, or activity deemed not to be in the spirit of the promotion. 

Changes & Cancellation 

Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. 

Data Protection 

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 

Acceptance 

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

General Terms    

Entries are automatically calculated based on qualifying orders.  

No manual entries will be accepted.    

All decisions regarding prize winners are final.  

No correspondence will be entered into.    

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered unless stated.    

Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary. Stevenswood Trade Counters Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any customer with overdue payments will not be entitled to the prizes    

Data Protection   

Customer information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this campaign and issuing prizes.    

By participating, customers agree to be contacted for the purposes of the campaign.    

By participating, customers agree to be included in Stevenswood social media and PR.

Publicity

Stevenswood may use the winner’s company name and trade counter location for marketing purposes.
