Prominent existing buildings and new sites required!

Property Requirements

Our Trade Counters supply uPVC windows and doors, composite doors, a full range of ancillaries, conservatory roofs, roof lanterns, and a full range of aluminium products to trades people across the United Kingdom. Our new branch layout consists of a trade counter, big reception area, showroom, office space, warehouse, storage space, as well as a staff kitchen area and toilets.

We’re looking for prominent sites that are around 3000 square foot, and have at least 5 parking spaces, suitable for vans, as well as access for 18 ton lorries to deliver a variety of goods. Stevenswood support our customers in a variety of ways, one of which being free skip use at all of our sites. This means all our new sites require a suitable space to put a skip externally.

We’re looking for great sites, to assist in our growth plans for this year and beyond, and the below are some of our requirements;
