Property Requirements

Our Trade Counters supply uPVC windows and doors, composite doors, a full range of ancillaries, conservatories, roof lanterns, and a range of aluminium products to trades people across the country. Our branch layout consists of a trade counter, showroom, warehouse, as well as a staff kitchen area.

We’re looking for sites that are around 3000 sq ft, and have at least 5 parking spaces, suitable for vans, as well as access for 18 ton lorries to deliver goods. Stevenswood support our customers in many ways, one of which being free skip use. This means all our sites require a suitable space to put a skip externally.

We’re looking for great sites, to assist in our growth plans, and the below are some of our requirements;
