Stevenswood’s Marketing Manager Sarah Lang gives her top tips on Facebook for business:
At Stevenswood, we love Facebook.
It’s a great way for all our Local Trade Centre staff to engage with our customers when they’re not in store and also fantastic for showing off your work – we love seeing how our products look once they’re installed!
If you’re a local tradesperson, it’s a great way to get noticed for your home improvement skills, since there are 31 million users in the UK and 26 percent are between 25 & 34, all looking to make improvements to their first home as they settle down to have a family.
So for starters, get yourself out there – set up a company page, ask your friends & family to like and share your page and post something 2-3 times a week.
Next time, I’ll talk about the benefits of boosting your Facebook posts.
Struggling for content for your Facebook page?
Here’s some ideas:
- Installation images
- Videos of bigger jobs
- Links to your website
- Photo albums of projects
- Ask customers to leave you a review
