Stevenswood Trade Centres – Our plan to return to work

Over the lockdown period Stevenswood have been strictly following Government guidelines as well as keeping up with advice from industry bodies and maintaining regular contact with our suppliers and customers. Through a small skeleton team working from home, we have continued to provide quotations, receive orders and handle enquiries.

In light of increased customer demand and the possible relaxation of some of the lockdown restrictions this will be scaled up further in advance of our trade counters reopening on a phased basis from w/c 25th May 2020.

When our trade counters begin to reopen we will have new and strict safety and social distancing measures in place. These measures are to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers remain a key priority. All central employees who can work effectively from home will continue to do so.

We are working closely with our suppliers to manage order volumes and facilitate safe deliveries and collections.  Our reopening plan for the trade counters will be phased on the basis of market requirements, customer demand and any new government guidance released in the coming weeks.

For deliveries to customers, we will have an initial focus on orders already in the system prior to lockdown followed by those orders placed during lockdown. We will be in touch from today, with all our customers with existing orders at various stages in the system to make delivery, collection or payment arrangements as soon as practically possible. We ask for your patience and understanding in terms of the possible impact to some delivery dates and lead times as our industry begins to rebuild together.

Based on manufacturing schedules REAL, Atlas, Virtuoso & REHAU products will be available for delivery/collection from 25th May, with Halo, VEKA and Eurocell in the week commencing 1st June.

Please be aware that these dates maybe subject to change due to changes in government guidelines or any unforeseen changes in our supply chain or staffing levels.

Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times. We will, as always, continue to do everything we can to support our loyal customers.
